Re:   Written Communication between City Council and the Office of Mayor

I trust this correspondence finds you well. You are receiving this ‘Mayor’s Report’ to be reviewed and discussed during your upcoming work session. This same report is submitted for the upcoming city council meeting.

If prior to, during, or after your work session you have questions about the items submitted please notify me in writing so that I can either update or remove the items prior to the council meeting.

Going forward, I will submit my report, that includes the department’s request, financial reports and legal request in this fashion with the hope that by doing so, it will improve mayor/council communications.
