This is a 6-week walking program open to the public. “New Year, New Body” is a program created to promote physical fitness and wellness throughout our community at the start of each year. This program encourages participants to dedicate three days out of their week for a 30-minute walking session. “New Year, New Body” is offered at two facilities during specific times. The first session begins at 10am located at the Valley Creek Walking Trail next to Bloch Park. The second session starts at 12pm located at City Hall in Downtown Selma.
